Online reservation terms

These website terms explain the online reservation process. Your booking confirmation and the rental agreement signed at pickup contain the terms that apply to your rental.

Quotes and confirmation

Availability and prices come from the live reservation system. A reservation is confirmed only when the system issues a confirmation. Vehicle makes and models are examples of a class and are not guaranteed.

Driver and document requirements

Online reservations are available to drivers aged 21 and older. The main driver must present a valid driving licence, passport or accepted identification, and a credit card in the main driver's name. Visiting drivers must obtain the applicable Saint Lucia driving permit.

Price, taxes, fees and deposit

The quote shows the selected vehicle, taxes, location fees and optional extras. Insurance choices are shown separately. A security deposit is held on an accepted credit card at pickup. The amount depends on the vehicle and coverage selected and is shown in the booking flow.

Changes and cancellations

Changes depend on live availability and may change the price. Use My Reservations or contact the team to cancel. Any cancellation charge or refund follows the terms accepted with the booking and the payment status. A cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
